Orsolya Csermák is the Managing Director of Marhaba International in Hungary, where she oversees and coordinates the company’s operations. She guides Hungarian companies through the full process of market entry—introduction, registration, and after-sales support—while maintaining strong relationships with international clients. Fluent in German, Italian, English, Spanish, and Hungarian, she ensures seamless communication and cooperation across diverse markets.
Holding a degree in Economics and bringing over 15 years of experience in immigration and relocation services, Orsolya combines deep expertise with an extensive global network. She works closely with partners in the UAE and has built a strong client base in South America, further expanding Marhaba International’s global reach. Together with a seasoned advisory team, she delivers efficient, reliable corporate and company formation services.
Renowned for her commitment and hands-on leadership, Orsolya personally oversees daily operations in both Hungary and the Middle East. Her professionalism, client-focused approach, and results-driven mindset make her a trusted partner in ensuring smooth business processes and long-term success.
Zita Simon
Zita Simon as the Country Manager of Marhaba International is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the company in Hungary. She keeps in touch with the Hungarian companies during the introduction, the registration phase and after-sales. She has a great experience and connections with local companies in the UAE, as she used to be resident in Dubai. Her role further extends to managing corporate and company formation advisory services alongside a team with decades of experience. Zita is a dedicated individual, driven by strong determination to excel in every task she undertakes. Her main responsibility is to provide comprehensive support to clients and to the owner of Marhaba International FZ-LLC, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. She also assists colleagues within the Corporate Structuring team. In addition, Zita takes on various administrative duties to ensure the seamless running of day-to-day office operations in Hungary and the Middle-East.
